Shipping and Returns
Orders are shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order. You should receive your new item(s) within approximately a week from when you place your order.
The Free Shipping code that is given after subscribing can only be applied to First Class packages.
We ship internationally! All customs and additional fees upon import are the responsibility of the customer. International shipping delivery times vary depending on customs. If your delivery is time sensitive, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you with expedited shipping.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope you are always satisfied with your order! If that isn't the case, we want to make it right.
We offer both domestic returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. All items returned or exchanged must be unworn and in the same condition you received the item in.
Contact email@example.com and let us know which you would like to do, and we will take care of it for you!
Domestic exchanges are on us for a new size, or the option to replace your purchase with a new item. We will send you a shipping label for you to mail back your item(s), and we will send your new goodies out as soon as we receive the original item(s) back! International exchanges are available but all shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
If you would like to return your item(s) for a full refund, let us know and we will send you a shipping label. Once we receive your item(s) we will process the refund within 2-5 days. Shipping costs, in both directions, are non-refundable. You should expect to get refunded for the return item(s) within two weeks of shipping the item back.
