I've been eyeing up this style dress for so long and I'm so glad I made this purchase!
I got the green floral gauze and it's light and airy but still soft. I love that I was able to customize the sleeves and, though my legs are short, I chose not to hem the dress because I wanted it on the longer side. No regrets about the fit. Plus the shirred top means I can get away without a bra on those hotter days (as a DD, that's a rare occurrence!) but it also looks great with a bra for when I'm feeling a little more put together.
Such a good addition to my closet and one I know I'll be wearing for years to come!

I purchased the oasis midi dress in black with short flutter sleeves. Initially, I really didn't think it seemed much different than other smocked dresses of similar style. Now that I have worn it a few times I can say it is far more special than I initially thought. I've been able to wear it to work as well as out all day strolling and out to dinner. I received compliments and felt comfortable and pretty. Most notably (and this is big), I was able to go braless for the first time since..I don't know? Sure, it looks great with a bra but also without. I am at least an H cup and have never had an article of clothing that would leave me feeling comfortable to be braless in public all day and all night. AMAZING. Can't wait until I can get another! Also incredible versatile and I anticipate getting many wears out of it, which helps since this was an investment piece for me.

As usual, I couldn't be happier with a Sotela piece! I'm 5'0 and had it hemmed about an inch, and it's the perfect maxi dress for me! Love the flow, the pockets, and the elastic bodice has been really forgiving with my postpartum body. Customer service was helpful in advising what size I might be, and if the shape of the dress would look good as a maxi. And their recommendations were spot on!

This is THE dress. I have two oasis midi dresses. I first bought the short sleeve in Lavender, and I adore it. I then decided to buy the black version in long sleeve and I might love it even more! They are both gorgeous. I love the gauze fabric and the smocked top means I personally don't need to wear a bra which is always a win. You do need to be gentle when washing this!

This is one of my favorite dresses! The fabric feels so nice and breathable and I love how amazing I feel wearing this dress. I love it and receive so many compliments when I wear it!
