Our skilled team members construct garments from start to finish using our in-house industrial machines. We work as a team to adjust patterns and create custom-fitted clothing for our customers.

Skilled Sewer
Employment Status: Part-time, Non-Exempt
Required Responsibilities:
Experience with the operation of industrial and/or domestic sewing machines single needle and overlock machines.Ability to sew established patterns and specifications from start to finish.Ability to mark and pin hems.Cutting experience.Pattern-making experience a plus.
Skills and Abilities:
High attention to detail and knowledge of and meticulous execution of high-end finishing techniques such as flat-felled seams, french seams, bound seams, etc.Ability to start and finish projects independently and meet deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a teamSelf-motivated with a can-do attitude
Work Hours
15-20 hours/week, Monday through Friday

Pattern Cutter
Employment Status: Part-time, Non- Exempt
Required Responsibilities:
Experience reading and cutting patterns. Ability to cut fabric following the patterns using electric cutters and scissors. Understanding pattern construction and ability to adjust markers as needed for custom orders.
Skills and Abilities:
High attention to detail and knowledge of garment construction. Ability to communicate effectively with the rest of the production team.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team is a must.
Work Hours
20-30 hours/week, Monday through Friday
