Hanna Baror-Padilla
I design each collection, source fabric, do all the marketing, and handle the business side of things to make sure we keep running smoothly.
My favorite part of the job is photoshoots. The days leading up to it are so stressful, but the day of is stress-free. I LOVE seeing our new designs come to life.
My favorite garment is the Lena Pant. I wear the Lenas almost everyday. Can’t go wrong with a high-waisted wide leg pant.
Something you wouldn’t know by looking at me is that I used to be a competitive Peruvian Folklore dancer.

I sew every Sotela garment and assist with cutting and pattern-making.
My favorite part of the job is working with patterns. I like making edits to the patterns and getting that perfect fit.
My favorite Sotela garment is the Oasis Midi dress. I think it’s the most beautiful and comfortable garment.
Something you wouldn’t know by looking at me is I’m Sotela’s handywoman. We’ve had to learn a lot around here like fixing our fabric cutter and toilet!
